Synopsis: When a minority race of telepaths is suspected of causing a near-devastating tidal wave, Private Kaylin Neya is summoned to Court—and into a PR nightmare. To ease racial tensions, the emperor has commissioned a play, and the playwright has his own ideas about who should be the focus.…

Review: With each book the world building and story telling gets so much better. I am so glad that I stuck with this series. I am really finding it hard to put these books down and read something else. Finally we get more on the Leontines, who I’ve been interested in since we first met Marcus. And I seriously love them. We’ve seen glimpses of their lifestyle before but in this one we really get a good look at them. And of course we get more of the dragons, which I just love. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this book. Seriously I’ve gone from finding a lot I didn’t like with the first one to finding hardly anything I didn’t like with the fourth one. That’s how much better, in my opinion, the writing of these books has gotten. If you haven’t read them yet you definitely need to check them out. Kaylin is a great, strong, wonderful character and once you get going in the series you definitely will not be disappointed. I’m going to pick up Cast in Silence now.
